Yesterday I was at the Accounting & Business Expo #ABExpo listening to Stuart Gregor from 4 Pillars Gin deliver a great opening keynote about his 4 Pillars of Business.
And Stuart has graciously allowed me to share these 4 pillars with you.

Participate, just don’t observe
Pillar 2 – Focus
Do a few things brilliantly
Avoid distractions
Watch your Ps (the 4Ps of Marketing – Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and ask your Qs (ask the right Questions)
Be Thomas Keller (embody the qualities of Thomas Keller, the renowned chef and restaurateur known for his precision, excellence, quality and dedication to perfection in the culinary world)

Maintain a reputation
Understand your purpose
Be generous and kind
Blame no one
Trust those good people around you
Be Honest
Go with your gut
Pillar 4 – Repeat
Relentless resilient repetition
Be fastidious
Get back up and do better
Live your Groundhog Day
