City of Sydney Business Innovation Program

The City of Sydney Business Innovation Program is a free 12 week program for 20 business owners in the retail, hospitality, tourism or social enterprise sectors to plan for long term growth. 

Participants will learn how to:

  • implement the latest innovation methods
  • assess their current business models and operational processes
  • build their web, social media and SEO skills
  • create a sustainable business aligned with their values
  • leverage partnerships to generate new growth opportunities
  • plan for long term financial and business success.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must:

  • be an independent and small-to-medium-sized business (less than 200 employees) in the City of Sydney local area
  • be operating in the retail, hospitality, tourism or social enterprise sectors
  • operating for a minimum of 2 years
  • currently at the growth/scale-up stage

They will consider online businesses who can demonstrate existing pop-up opportunities or commitment to establishing bricks and mortar operations in the City of Sydney local area.
