Now how many people have heard the thing about your weaknesses and you should focus on your weakness and fix them?

Well, it is my belief that there is no point focusing on your weaknesses, you have to focus on your strengths. That’s the important bit, double down on your strengths; and your weaknesses, employ someone else to do things you are not good at.
