If you are a business who has already laid off or stood down staff, or is about to, here is a way you can get a win win from the JobKeeper Payment.

Obviously being able to pay your stood down or laid off staff $1,500 a fortnight is a win for them.

But more importantly it can be a win for you and your business if you think a bit outside the box and look at your systems and processes.

Many businesses will have systems and processes that are not effective or efficient (effective means doing the “right things” and efficient means doing “things right”).
