If you an Health and Medtech business thinking of expanding to the Middle East, the NSW Going Global Export Program – Health and Medtech to Middle East program may be for you.
Eligible businesses can apply for support to export healthcare, digital health, medical and pharmaceutical products or services to the Middle East (United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia).
The program released in August 2023 for the NSW Going Global Export Program – Health and Medtech to Middle East is focused on the activity period November 2023 to March 2024 with a key event Arab Health 2024 in Dubai in January / February 2024.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for the overall NSW Going Global Program your business:
- Have headquarters in NSW with a valid ABN
- Be export-capable and export-ready
- Have between 5 and 199 full-time equivalent employees
- The product or service is achieving sales already
- Have a website featuring the product or service
- Be prepared to adapt the product or service for the market
- Have a product or service that is produced primarily in NSW
The ideal participant
- healthcare service providers
- medical device manufacturers, including medical and diagnostic equipment
- digital health companies, including AI, mobile applications and software
- pharma manufacturers, including unique and innovative vitamin dietary supplements
Businesses not eligible for this stream:
- Animal health / equipment
